Can I return my order?
Yes, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery if you are not fully satisfied. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions apply:

The item must be in its original condition, including all parts, accessories, and packaging

The product may only show normal handling; items damaged due to misuse are not eligible

Hygiene-sensitive items must be properly cleaned before being returned

Any defects upon arrival must be reported immediately after delivery

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns if items appear used, damaged, or do not meet the conditions listed above.
How to Return Your Order
If your return meets the requirements, please follow these steps:

Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide you with the correct return address.
Please do not send your return to the original sender address, as returns are only accepted at the address provided by our team.
Please note: returns can only be processed after your order has been delivered. It is not possible to cancel, recall, or return a package while it is still in transit.
Order Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. This is because our system is directly connected to our fulfillment partners. As soon as your order is confirmed, it is automatically forwarded for processing, packing, and shipment preparation.
Once this process has started, it can no longer be stopped or changed. While we understand this may be inconvenient, this system ensures accurate inventory management and reliable tracking throughout the entire process.
Refunds
All returned items are first inspected upon arrival. Once approved, refunds may take up to 30 business days to be processed.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless agreed otherwise.
Please note that all returns are sent to our central warehouse in Asia. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and, due to international shipping distances, may range between $30–$40 USD, depending on the item.
